Who we are
FUTON HANZAM is the product label used by futon-hanzam.com for this free-to-play social gaming service. In these terms, “FUTON HANZAM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this website and service, and “you” means the person using or holding an account.
FUTON HANZAM does not offer or promote real-money gambling. We do not accept deposits or real-money wagers, sell virtual chips, or offer cash prizes, goods or prizes of real-world value based on game outcomes. Support and privacy questions can be sent to support@futon-hanzam.com.
Eligibility
You must be an adult aged 19 or older in Canada, have reached the legal gambling age in your province or territory, and be legally able to accept these terms. The service is not directed at minors. You may not use it outside Canada, where social gaming is prohibited, while self-excluded from FUTON HANZAM, or in a way that conflicts with a restriction that applies to you.
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that these requirements are met.
Your account
Use one personal account and provide accurate, current information. Do not share, sell or transfer access. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and email before we create or link the FUTON HANZAM profile. Google never shares your Google password with us. A new Google-connected profile is activated only after you confirm the Canada 19+ requirement and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Tell us promptly at support@futon-hanzam.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership or eligibility.
Virtual chips
FUTON HANZAM chips are a limited, revocable licence to use an entertainment feature inside the service. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods, services or prizes.
The same profile balance is used across all FUTON HANZAM games. We may correct a balance affected by a technical error, duplicated reward, unauthorised manipulation or breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain a material correction.
Playing
Game results are resolved by the FUTON HANZAM game service. Reel movement, sounds, line traces and visual effects present the resolved result; they do not change it. Individual results are random and past play does not predict future outcomes.
If a round is interrupted, the server record and wallet ledger control. Contact support if a completed round appears inconsistent so we can review the available technical record.
Fair use
You must not use bots, scripts or automation; exploit or conceal a defect; create duplicate accounts to collect rewards; interfere with the wallet or game service; scrape protected content; impersonate another person; or attempt to access another account or restricted system.
FUTON HANZAM names, artwork, interfaces, games and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use of the service does not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict, suspend or close an account to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will provide a reason where reasonably possible and legally permitted. You may ask us to review a decision by email.
You may activate immediate self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently from your account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. You may also request permanent closure through Player Care. Closure may remove your virtual-chip balance, game activity records and access, subject to information we must retain for security or legal reasons.
Availability and liability
The service is provided for free personal entertainment and may occasionally be unavailable, changed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of purely virtual progress.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, FUTON HANZAM is responsible only for direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach, not indirect loss, lost opportunities or loss caused by your device, connection or misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or security requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. If a change materially affects account-holder rights, we will give reasonable advance notice through the service or the email associated with the account where practicable.
Law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Canada and do not remove mandatory consumer protections in your province or territory. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@futon-hanzam.com so the concern can be reviewed directly.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it.
